L'chaim Retirement Homes is a small and unique home that specializes in Alzheimer's & Dementia. Our loving and dedicated staff members are trained and continue to be trained in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia. We use the Montessori Method for Dementia™ in all our resident's daily living. Coupled with our tranquil home-like environment, memory enhancing activities and specialized care, L'chaim Retirement Home is and will continue to be a leader in helping Jewish seniors in our community with Alzheimer's & Dementia.

Fact

We accommodate residents with G-tubes, colostomy, dementia, and visually impaired, foley catheter, palliative care.
As residents age and require specialized care they will be able to remain and be cared for at L'chaim. We don't send our residents away from their home.
Our residents are encouraged to participate and be stimulated in our daily activities.
Care is available 24 hours a day to our residents.

Our committed staff has been working at L'chaim practically since we opened 10 years ago.
Our rates are all inclusive. There are no extra charges or hidden costs.

In house geriatric psychiatry assessment & treatment (if needed)
In house hearing check-up once a year
In house Dental & dentures check up
In house eyesight check once a year
Palliative Care. Respite Care
All day group activities
Hotel-style housekeeping
Full time residence or short term stay
Weekly Rabbi visits

Full Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Weekly doctor visits
All day supervision
Incontinence management
Night monitoring
Supervised medication administration, pharmacy delivered medications
Daily personal care and grooming
Physiotherapy three times a week

Hairdresser visits once weekly
Manicure & Pedicure visits every other week
Chiropodist visits every 6-8 weeks
In house dentist & denturist treatments ( if needed)
